The Qnap VS-8148U-RP 48-Channel Pro VioStor NVR is an all-in-one 8-bay network surveillance server that supports network-based recording of IP cameras, video recording, playback, and remote data access. This NVR lets you record in H.264, MPEG-4, MxPEG, and M-JPEG formats from up to 48 IP cameras from various manufacturers.

The NVR's Linux-based OS and powerful Intel dual-core processor ensure that you get reliable performance even when recording from multiple megapixel cameras simultaneously. When used with multiple Qnap servers, the VioStor NVR allows monitoring of up to 128 IP cameras. In addition to offering diversified display modes, this NVR supports various recording features such as scheduled recording, alarm recording, and alarm recording schedule. The NVR also lets you search videos data by date, time, timeline, and event.

Equipped with 8 HDD bays with a maximum storage capacity of 24 TB, the VS-8140U-RP PRO VioStor NVR meets the growing demand for storing videos and photos in high-definition.
